  1. What’s an RSS feed?

  2. Well, I’m sure the reason you created this great website is to make lasting memories of your 4 kids and great wife. But, imagine your wife goes online to create a book for your families (which are all the same book, same price, same layout, with a couple different photo’s in each book)spends hours creating these lasting memories.

Planning on sending these books on to the grandparents for Christmas; finds a great deal on Picaboo, Buy One, Get One Free. Only to find out that the coupon deal is only for the exact same book. In this day and age with so many mixed families WHO is sending the exact photo book to everyone?

I also recommended a friend to use Picaboo, she does a calendar every year for her parents, she bought a Groupon gift certificate and spent several hours making calendars and also a 60 page album, put in the BOGO coupon code, then her Groupon gift certificate that she purchased, and it would not let her use both.

Even after all this, I decided to order the 4 albums I had created because I received an e-mail for 10% off and free 2 day shipping, only to find out that the only way THAT COUPON WORKS is if it’s being shipped to the same address! I CANNOT BELIEVE THE RESTRICTIONS ON YOUR “SPECIAL OFFERS”!

I am now going to order my photo books from Snapfish, Buy 1 Get 2 Free and you can have different photos in the books,(I learned to read the small print).

  3. Hey Dee! I’ve escalated your information to our Customer Service department. They will look into your situation and see what they can do. Thanks for your note.
